Open MWS410 Delivery toolbox directly or go from MMS100 related option Ctrl+43.
Go to delivery documents by using related option Ctrl+21
SKIP THIS PART FOR DO AND CUSTOMER ORDERS.
- Trade Compliance:
Before to make a shipment, check in Order Tracker at Trade Compliance at TEAMS, that the order is approved for shipping
- Save in folder:
\\miclaser\m$\Operations\Export\50_Spares_Machines_Electronic_Filing\China\2022\Distribution
MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS SHOWN ON THE PROFORMA
REMOVE Customs stat no 8XXXXXXX: 
REPLACE WITH ORDER NUMBER:
SAVE IN THE FOLDER AS EX “PROFORMA-INVOICE-131,529.50CNY”
BOOK WITH DHL, SEARCH “SAMSON”AND THE ADDRESS WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER WILL APPEAR.
